After years of overeating, it got to the point where I barely recognized my reflection in the mirror. I hated taking photos because I couldn't believe how far I had let myself go. Eventually, I hit a breaking point.
I decided to get an online coach and put in the work. It wasn't a quick fix like other things I'd tried before. My coach did not force me to give up my favorite foods or work out every single day. He focused on sustainability...
...And it was a game changer. Eventually I lost all my excess weight and achieved my dream body. I feel more confident, I get more respect, and I have more energy to do the things I love.
